Myslio and POHODA: accounting and stock data in governed commerce operations

POHODA often holds stock, documents and economic context while the order lives in the commerce platform. Myslio connects these systems through explicit, auditable capabilities.

The Myslio–POHODA integration is a set of separate capabilities for stock, orders, statuses and reporting, each with its own data direction, policy and readiness status.

Not one opaque synchronisation script

For an accounting system, saying “the integration exists” is not enough. You must know which system owns each field, what happens on a repeated transfer and how failures or conflicts are handled.

Myslio separates stock synchronisation, order export, return statuses and reporting. Each capability can be deployed and verified independently without gaining broader access than it needs.

Where POHODA enters the workflow

  • Synchronise stock availability into the commerce environment.
  • Prepare order data for the accounting system.
  • Process returning statuses and documents.
  • Run read-only reporting and identify mismatches between systems.

Rules for a safe integration

STEP 01

Source of truth

Define which system owns every important field.

STEP 02

Idempotency

A repeated transfer must not create a duplicate order or document.

STEP 03

Audit

Every import, export and failure has a traceable record.

STEP 04

Reconciliation

Regularly compare the expected and actual state.

STEP 05

Controlled rollout

Enable a new write direction only after testing failure scenarios.

/ Reality check

Current POHODA capability status

We state the exact status for each deployment. “Prepared” does not mean “enabled in production”.

Stock data synchronisation from POHODA into the commerce environment is a genuinely deployed capability.
POHODA reporting is designed as a read-only, lower-risk capability.
Order transfer into POHODA and returning statuses are prepared capabilities and must not be labelled production without a specific cutover.
/ Outcome

What a well-designed connection should deliver

  • Less manual copying between the store and POHODA.
  • Clear ownership of stock, order status and documents.
  • Early mismatch detection instead of silent error accumulation.
  • A safe foundation for Order Rescue and margin reporting.

Frequently asked questions

Is POHODA connected bidirectionally?+

Not by default. Each direction is a separate capability. Stock sync is verified; orders and returning statuses require controlled rollout.

Can Myslio alter accounting data without oversight?+

No. Risky writes require explicit permission, policy, audit and approval where needed.

Can we start with reporting only?+

Yes. A read-only view can be the right first step when you want to expose mismatches without writing to POHODA.

Need to connect your store with POHODA without a black box?

We will map data directions and sources of truth, separating a safe first step from future capabilities.
